The PG2 is designed to fit virtually all microphones because it is supplied with 3 sizes of rubber grommets to fit microphones from 18mm diameter to 24.5mm diameter.
The rubber grommets are easily changed and can even be combined to fit microphones with special shapes.
With the XLR connector in the base & the 3/8" whithworth thread for boom pole attachment further up making this a good alternative to the Rycote equivalents.
